   @kensanata It is challenging to brew a good cup of tea. The temperature of the water is also essential.
   Vietnamese tea is better to steep for a short time with hot water.
   Please experiment and find your favorite flavor.

     Got a taster of Vietnamese red tea from the friendly owner of Rauch’s tea shop in Solothurn. The problem with new tea is that sometimes you don’t know how to prepare it. I let it steep for too long and it was too bitter for me. Second and third steeping were more to our liking.

     Red tea of foreign land
     I did not understand
     Went by what I knew
     But you were bitter.
     To little, too late.
     I’m sorry.
