Got a taster of Vietnamese red tea from the friendly owner of Rauch’s tea shop in Solothurn. The problem with new tea is that sometimes you don’t know how to prepare it. I let it steep for too long and it was too bitter for me. Second and third steeping were more to our liking.

But you were bitter.
