     I forgive. She suddenly had to leave, ill.
     I'm just mad at the situation.

     Especially her. She's against the policies regarding penalizing me if I cancel, and will go out of her way to convert an appointment to a phone appointment if I'm late so it doesn't count as a cancellation.
