1. Empty can into glass bowl, microwave for a minute or so.
2. Microwave a small pack of microwave rice.
3. Shred dace with a fork, put on rice.
4. Eat! -

@Fragglemuppet Tov & Dr Prager's, unfortunately my area doesn't sell much of either, (my main requirements being they be kosher & not have msg nor mushrooms in them) which is why within the next year or so, I'm going to build a setup to make my own frozen & reheat meals in the summer & fall for the mostly winters I use them in.
