   It's funny because someone asked me why I didn't buy lasagna in the frozen section, and in my mind, there are some meals that you just don't ever buy from the store! Like mashed potatoes! I have never in my life, eaten a lasagna that was not made by someone I knew! OK, maybe a couple of times at fancy Italian restaurants but that's different! So, mastodon, in your mind what food would you never buy from a store but only have if you can make it at home? Or am I the only one who feels this way

     @gocu54 @Pawpower I agree. There are things from a Chinese restaurant that definitely taste better than made at home...at least if it's a good Chinese place.

     @Pawpower I've heard other people say the same, but I think it's often the oposite. There's food that is better frozen than homemade, like those mini quiches.

     @Pawpower I've changed my opinion. Irish soda bread. Mom brought some home that someone bought somewhere, we can't tell where, and what were they thinking? lol I mean I tend to prefer the brown bread without raisins anyway, but even so, this isn't right.

     @Fragglemuppet Yum, I love the soda bread with raisins. It makes amazing French toast.
