Not just theirs. The Weather Company, AccuWeather, and other for-profit forecasters partly rely upon zero-price data from NOAA and NASA. So anyone who depends upon forecasts for their work will be affected. Example: people who sail cargo ships.
I'm sure most of these cuts will be overturned, because there are laws about how and when a Title 5 federal employee can be fired. I'm sure that having some non-employee order bulk cuts won't pass muster.-
