   ... and to me, LOSING THE WILL to do something has always been closer to a state of mind where you ADMIT DEFEAT.

   Here, it's literally losing the will, it being lost in the multitude of mental considerations bouncing around in any thoughtful brain. No defeat, no capitulation, just hiding in the mass confusion. More like Where's Waldo.

   Both yielding the same results. Inaction.

     I have fallen into the same trap many times. The loss of will is defeat, hands down.
     
     Eventually, I learned to tune out unaccomplished do-nothings tell me that my goals are unrealistic & unattainable. Llife is too short for overcontemplation & inaction.
     
     Want to do something? Find a way and go fucking do it.
     
     Someone disrespected you? Call them out on it.
     
     Be honest with yourself & others.
     
     Only build relationships with those you can trust with your life, but above all, trust your gut.
     
     Learn from setbacks & act accordingly.
     
     Above all, don't ever give up.
