     @Zenie someone else mentioned that and some other options. Alas i have roughly zero desire to futz with things like that right now. 😝

     @masukomi you can load more ispell dictionaries. It's actually ispell not emacs.

     There are so many words missing from #Emacs's iSpell dictionary that I feel like I'm being constantly gaslit.

     "That's not a word." "That's not how you spell that."

     Just now it was "smattered" As in "her skin was smattered with freckles"

     Fucking A. As I type this even macOS doesn't think it's a word despite the fact that it's in the dictionary app that ships with the system.
