     I get that a lot when I have to deal with the low level admin people. They don't know their limitations. By the time I'm calling, I've already researched the matter and am on point. They don't have the humility to admit when they've made a mistake, or to otherwise take the exit I provids to avoid admitting wrong (it's often good strategy to provide an opponent an honorable exit). No... they fucking double down.
