      @jpmens @icing agreed. The mandatory info format has remained an argument for me to never push for any projects of mine to become part of GNU.

      @bagder There has never been a requirement that projects must use or even support the info format in the GNU project.

      @icing info has always sucked IMO, and the only sane way I've found for reading those manuals is `info .. | less`.
