@emma Just wear glasses?
Contacts are expensive and they put what remains of your eyesight at risk, while glasses are cheap and have no risk (plus function as passive safety glasses ). -

@emma >while driving when its sunny cos i need sunglasses then
You can either get sunglasses that fit over glasses (certain models look like normal sunglasses, rather than "old people sunglasses", but the glasses lens cannot be too wide, otherwise it won't fit), or you can get tinted glasses.
>while driving >when i need to be physically active.
Contacts are poor for really physically active tasks (>3G peak force), whether in GNU/Car or going along GNU/Wall, as there's a chance one will fall out (then you can't see properly), while properly adjusted glasses stay in place even when you find yourself flying through the air. -

@emma >i just cant see how a contact lens can fall out
The force keeping them in place is pretty small, thus extremely vigorous activity can cause them to fall out, same as anything that causes your eyes to become excessively moist.
>my glasses fall all the time though
Glasses that aren't properly adjusted with a loose fit will fall of all the time.
You should be able to throw your body and head forwards and then suddenly stop without your glasses moving.
High forces like jumping from 2m causes them to move forward a bit, but you just throw your head back to reset them. -
