   I've noticed new or fairly new accounts calling for donations for insulin. I just reposted one with 0 followers. In part, due to the influx of new users, I've no idea if these are legitimate or not.

   Have you been seeing the same thing? Is there a consensus?

     @msbellows Ditto. I also noticed they were back-to-back in my Notifications with similar verbiage. My antenna went up.

     @steter I suspect that 90% of the mutual aid requests we see here are scammers. It makes me sad, but I won't donate to anyone I can't trace a strong human connection to.

     Since it's illegal to transfer prescription medications to anyone not listed on the label, I wouldn't touch those posts with a ten foot pole. Even if they're legitimate, this is not the way to go about it. Some whacko could mail you who knows what in an insulin bottle.
