Is there a way, in @Iconfactory Tapestry, to follow just an BlueSky (or threads) user? If I add BlueSky, it pulls in my whole feed, which is too much.
But it would be great to follow just a select few who haven’t joined or have left the fediverse…

@mako @Iconfactory I concur. I'm speaking out of ignorance here but following lists from either Bluesky or Mastodon, might solve some of the firehose approach in my case. Perhaps there's a way to do that and I'm not seeing it.
@fahrni @mako @Iconfactory Thanks and that might be my ticket for awhile. I'd lose to follow one of my selective lists though, without having to create a New Timeline, but that might be what has to happen.
@WarnerCrocker @mako @Iconfactory Bluesky and Mastodon both support RSS. So you can just follow a single user that way if you’d like.
@fahrni @mako @Iconfactory I haven't either, but that's sa good thought.
@WarnerCrocker @mako @Iconfactory I haven’t checked into following a list via RSS? 🤔
@mako @fahrni @Iconfactory Will give it a shot
@WarnerCrocker @fahrni @Iconfactory ah! Here is something that does work.. add https://openrss.org/ in front of a Bluesky account, and you can read in just that account as an rss feed.
@WarnerCrocker @fahrni @Iconfactory not always workable. I have users I follow their accounts that have it locked down to logged in and can’t just follow via rss.
