   Tomorrow: All employee meeting. Questions:

   Me: Will you stand up to the fascist US government of Trump, Vance and Musk? Will you be there for trans colleagues, Black colleagues, Latino colleagues, immigrant colleagues, colleagues who have abortions? Will you say: Not an inch! We are not changing a single word on DEI on our website?

   Someone: There is one question that names the US government the fascist US government of Trump…What is the position of the board to such kind expression of opinion?

     I.e. we can put questions into a question tool ahead of time.

     The reason I could not also mention cis queer colleagues, native Americans, Roma, Jews, Muslims, people with disabilities, women or any other group that will suffer was that I hit the character limit for a question.

     My question is voted up pretty high, over 80, together with other DEI questions and only exceeded by a lay-off question. (The other guy only got 15 votes.)

     So I probably don't have to stand up and ask my question in person at the meeting tomorrow, which I'm not sure I would succeed at.

     So I will just come (which I normally don't do, I just attend remotely) and bring my newly-acquired trans flag. I'm cis, but my trans colleagues are the most vulnerable group right now.

     The women's network and the pride network have both sent out calls to attend in person and wear colorful clothes in support of diversity.

     Initially it was possible to ask questions anonymously and then this was changed. I have asked my question non-anonymously even though at that time it was still possible to do it.

     Does $our_company have business relations with companies led by anyone who has publicly shown the nazi salute and if so is $our_company going to continue these relations and how would you rate the risk to $our_company's reputation from these relations?

     I showed a lot of constraint by writing fascist government instead of nazi government (less likely to get people to say wah you can't call just anyone nazis), but as you see it's useless, one gets mimimi replies anyway.
