   things I did not expect to see in a presidential memo (Biden's final one on cybersecurity): references to encrypted DNS and BGP route origin validation filtering. (sec. 4).      @tek @greyllama @jerry honestly, the most likely explanation here is that he will issue his own nearly identical order, then claim credit for it being a good idea. the thing he hates the most is anybody else but him getting credit for anything.
