     @Steve @Dhmspector My hunch, and it's only a hunch, it's because the friends who contact me follow other politicians. I haven't been on Fbook in awhile and I never followed politicians. I'm also not about to go back on and check it out. But the rollout you mention is a valid theory given how Meta has treated other "features" and changes.

     @WarnerCrocker @Dhmspector My partner - my facebook interface - currently shows him as unfollowed. So either, this is being done for a subset of people, or the system is not done updating yet, or it has been pulled back.

     @Steve @Dhmspector Leave it to the younger generation. Just got a response from one of those friends who said her daughter figured out that you have to unfollow then quickly block.
