@leo @ainmosni @futurebird Nope. Presidential election results, even popular vote, do not reflect public opinion. This is due both to voter suppression and the lack of motivation to go vote at all when your state is solidly blue or solidly red.
Yes, the existence of the electoral college doesn't distort just the electoral outcome but the popular vote outcome.
