Part of being an immigrant is looking at Chinese restaurant menus and guessing (often correctly) what type of regional Chinese food they serve. They tend to have a ‘Chinese food for everyone else’ menu and then often a handful of stuff that is maybe their true heart’s desire.. at a very poorly rated Chinese restaurant in Marina, CA, that upon further investigation looks like it does excellent Korean Chinese.
The presence of ‘jjampong’ and ‘jjajjangmyeon’ (and lots of Korean speaking people) gives it away. Also they proudly state house made noodles. So yay
