     @lispi314 @fiore It's a bug with SOCKS - some sites work fine, some just time out forever.
     
     The freedom instance doesn't have such proprietary limitations.

     @Suiseiseki @fiore A lot of instances complain about Tor or behave weirdly around it for some reason, it's annoying.
     
     It may also be a problem with other server or firewall configurations fot he host you're trying to connect to.
