   Need good replacement for GitLab CI:
   - Must be free/libre software
   - Must be self-hostable
   - Must support running jobs in a container
   - Must support cache, artifacts without making assumptions on the container
   
   tried:
   - forgejo actions: artifact support (or even checking out the source code) requires the container to have nodejs
   - woodpecker: no support for artifacts
   
   I would like to stop using GitLab for moral reasons (it imposes region locking) (so, obviously it would be better if the developer is not a corporation, does not have a centralized service, is not on a "open-core" model, etc.).

     @tusooa And I guess SourceHut builds doesn't fits because no arbitrary containers.
     That said it does a docker+qemu thing so probably could be patched in.

     @tusooa I believe the CI being built by @dch uses a Go client as the only dep. The server is elixir

     @meso The point is, I don't feel comfortable to use software developed by a company that (1) authorizes its sales in some region (mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau) to a company (JiHu) that threatens GitLab CE users to pay and (2) at the same time does not allow people in that region to use gitlab.com .
