     I had hoped watching the remake would give him good taste but I forgot about the condition he has where his brain shrinks 3 sizes down every time a woman is on screen.

     @koimoa @weeble I'm not a zoomer and this never aired locally back then, even if it did, it would have been on cable, that I did not have, and in a lot of cases, in English, which I wouldn't have understood at the time it may have been relevant

     @sun@shitposter.world @koimoa@binky.fish @coolboymew@shitposter.world Anyone who cares to watch anime outside of whatever is airing on TV/shilled on social media has read some manga.
     
     It's on the same level of "Dub vs Sub" where it's an easy way to filter ppl.
     
     Studios also stopped adding filler and non-canon eps and most anime post-2010 are very faithful to the manga.
