What the fuck is it with the various vegan and anarchist memes accounts that can't be bothered writing alt text?
It looks shady as fuck to purport to be agitating for social goods and then not giving a shit about disabled people.
They already give of weird "attaching to a movement for clout or manipulation purposes" but may just be bad at what they to.
Please get better at agitprop.

@rybson @HauntedOwlbear one of the anarchist ones sent me a follow request and I accepted it at first, but I didn't follow back. But then it kept popping up in my follow requests a few times until I blocked or rejected a request. I think they were mass following leftists and then going through their follows to re-follow if they don't follow back. Like, pay attention to me, I'm in your notifications again!

@raphaelmorgan @rybson Yeah, I interacted with one who did that with follows. They seemed wildly enthusiastic in their reply chainss. The lack of alt-text (which I genuinely need sometimes, thanks eyes), the low-quality/high-volume memes, and the sense that they were trying to provoke people who entirely disagreed with them into discourse... it was wearing. I either blocked or muted them in the end.

@HauntedOwlbear i had a couple of those trying to follow me and I just blocked them because they looked like bots, mass posting low quality stolen memes.
It is a pity.
