Daily workflow:
All the niggers on each shift at every post are either sleeping, stealing, or destroying the property. They steal medical supplies from the ambulances and emergency kits. They steal the AEDs from sites. They steal the phone chargers, lose the keys, and break the radios or phones. They crash the company vehicles. Constantly.
Half the focus for the supervisors is babysitting them wreaking havoc and keeping the shift running, while they're out there crashing cars, attacking civilians, and abandoning their posts. The management's main focus is hiring bodies to replace the ones leaving every day. Because the niggers chimp out at the slightest criticism; their behavior is either ignored because they need the bodies, or it becomes a floodgate of revolving doors.
Meanwhile, the handful of Whites are busy doing the work of three people; responding to emergencies, writing reports accurately, doing the actual job (which is actually pretty simple). But because of the holes left by these niggers; you might not have a radio to communicate with, or a duty phone to document incidents, or a vehicle to keep warm/dry in or a key to the bathroom or other important areas you need to access (like gates or elevators). Because the client will get mad or lose faith because we lost expensive valuable keys, we never tell them, so the worksite becomes shitty to do the job correctly. Then it becomes overwhelming and the Whites leave. As more Whites leave, these basic problems become compounded to the breaking point.
So what ends up happening is, I do my best to be a professional within all the chaos and get burnt out. But on my days off, or during the other shifts, or at the other posts; all these niggers are causing the contracts to get cancelled or not renewed. And I know it all while it's happening. I could be in the middle of wrestling a junkie on the sidewalk during a fight to the death, and at the same time my brain knows some nigger coworker is going to cause this site/post/contract to become cancelled in a few weeks anyway.

@SK1ZM @LudditeMan The feeling trapped is the biggest obstacle. I'm trying to move and my HS friend's words keep coming back to me. "We finally figured out how to get out". They were on the Canadian border, in VT and now are on a lake in VA.

@SK1ZM I worked security swings and graves at a public residential school. My babysitting job wasn't so bad. We must have had higher-functioning nigs because the ones I worked with were either napping, coloring, watching TV/videos or constantly chatting up the skirts. Sometimes they'd coach the kids on the sly how to play better basketball or football. I think they were mostly there to have fun.

It's finally getting to me that we're living in a society with actual animals that can walk upright, wear clothes, and talk human speech. The past year whenever I'm in public, I feel like I'm interacting with dogs wearing shirts everywhere. Sometimes they're my coworkers or boss and I'm losing my fucking mind.

I had one jump in front of a fucking garage door, and another stupid fat fuck who wanted to use a circular saw like a drooling retard, we called that fucking subtard "Elvis Prestly" because of how fucking stupid he held it and how likely he was going to cut the cord or someone's dick off.
All of consturuction is just niggerbabysitting or fucking playing "Hunt Down The Hispanics" as you find out some fucking contractor piece of shit hired spics to do framing and they didn't evne bother to fucking line shit up and level it and just fucking called it. It's oo fucking stupid. RETARDED>.. I am glad that industry doesn't want to hire me anymore... well Is ay that but it's relaly the fact that the union isn't hiring and I don't trust a fucking contractor wroth a damnmn. One of the reasons I left a company earlier (last) year was because of an extremely violent unnecessary incident. One night, a nigger on shift was patrolling a car dealership. Across the street at another dealership (that we were not contracted for💡) was being broken into, vandalized, and burglarized. He drove his patrol vehicle over there (abandoned his post), as they were escaping and tried chasing after them but they got away. So, he called another nigger guard a few miles down the street at another car dealership in the direction they headed, and "told him to get that vehicle's license plate". I assume the second nigger thought it was priority work related, because he also abandoned his post and began a vehicle pursuit at high speed.
He drove about 5 miles away, chasing the other car going 80mph on a 45mph road, before running a red light and crashing into a civilian woman's car. He hit her so hard, it pushed her vehicle like 200 yards and bounced his patrol car at full speed no brakes through two brick walls, burying his car deep inside a local business. It was one of the top ten worst collisions I've ever seen where nobody died.
The woman almost died, he almost died. He's going to prison for the rest of his life, and this will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages and fines.
The weirdest part is both of those niggers were very lazy, but for some reason that Tuesday night, they both decided to be supercop heroes. Nowhere in their training were they ever told to pursue criminals off property or to intervene in incidents off property. That's day one basic security common sense though. But that's what happens when you take random niggers with no experience off the street and drop them into a high intensity professional environment like that.

I had one jobsite where a fucking Spic got themselves electrocuted and we just all never said anything about it - because frankly we didn't want the jobsite shut down. Far as I know that retard still can't feel his fucking hand. Stupid bastard though. I don't know why the fuck he started doing that stupid shit... I think it was a light fixture or something. He wasn't even supposed to do that shit, he was a fucking finish carpenter but was fucking around with wiring and not checking if it was live or not.
