     @log @jwildeboer I guess there are religious leaders in Mongolia and Bhutan that have succession by reincarnation, but no head of government (even a government in exile, like Tibet).

     @evan @jwildeboer Tibet has been absorbed into China, and is the only nation I know of that had reincarnated leaders.
