      Andhra kara dosa is dosa with a large schmear of chillies on the inside. Then they put the spicy potato.

      The chutneys here are v good too.

      @skinnylatte yeah, good stuff! they also own Aditi at Valencia/22nd and Aaha at 16th/Hoff, I believe.

      did you not care for Udupi Palace? Or haven’t tried yet? I like their dosas too

      @scott it’s very mid. It’s also maybe the style I don’t like. I prefer Andhra style dosas that taste spicier. I don’t like floppy and soft dosas

      @skinnylatte I haven't tried that, although I know where it is! I used to go to the original parent restaurant (no Tiffins) all the time. They had this divine paneer biryani with horse gram soup. Then in the first year of the pandemic they changed chefs. The food became very bland .
