     @Turdicus @John_Darksoul Theoretically one could do it on a smaller scale. Borrowing until one has enough assets to get a better asset based rate to borrow to repay original loans while still having leveraged cash. Being rich is cheating because all the normal perks and benefits like credit card points also apply to things like borrowing for less.
