     @chartier Competition from cheap - and even more dangerous - knockoffs sold on Amazon would be my guess.

     Over the past ~ six months or so I think I have had at least three recalls for battery related products. Yes I buy too much battery shit lemme alone:

     - One from HyperShop
     - One from Anker
     - Today, one from Belkin (BoostPower Pro battery bank is blowing up. They’ve had fifteen reports)

     What’s going on with portable battery stuff.
