     @SRDas @paninid haha, this is also ‘new work 403b has limited funds with diff names so trying to match which one maps most closely to the bogle funds

     @waitworry all finance stuff is a bit like that, but of all the other finance BS, they have the least bad stance towards simplifying financial things that were traditionally only known by professional money managers. And knowing this stuff helps guard against the extortionate stuff that not super rich people are usually subject to. It sucks that you do need to have a regular source of income to start. I know I read this stuff for years before I could do anything.

     @waitworry their take is basically ‘financial literacy is for everyone’ and ‘fuck professional money managers’ and ‘even if you have just $50 to work with, it’s better than zero’

     It wasn’t super accessible until I looked more deeply into it, but I appreciate their refusal to pay professional finance (which dislikes them as a result)
