However, no mention of how his sleepless nights are inspiring him to make sure all his employees are being given wages and work conditions that allow them to thrive as middle class.

We *understand* why someone would actually gun for them.
For last ten years lot of people have warned that if push will come to shove, it will get ugly. And rich people won't be able to avoid their faith if they will continue to play with fire. They always think they will.
