If you have an older computer without a TPM 2.0 module, you can't use Windows 11, says Microsoft.

The TPM 2.0 module is absolutely essential to Windows 11's functioning even though it does exactly nothing and was not needed at all by Windows 10.
Plus, support for Windows 10 will end next week.

I can't wait until October 2025 when Windows 10 comes to end of life and everyone dump sixty billion tons of perfectly usable e-waste onto eBay. The used cpu market will crash. ix-7xxx and below will go for bottom dollar. In conversation permalink -
