    If you have an older computer without a TPM 2.0 module, you can't use Windows 11, says Microsoft.

    The TPM 2.0 module is absolutely essential to Windows 11's functioning even though it does exactly nothing and was not needed at all by Windows 10.

    Plus, support for Windows 10 will end next week.

      Microsoft made it abundantly clear this week that Windows 10 users won't be able to upgrade to Windows 11 unless their systems come with TPM 2.0 support, stating it's a "non-negotiable" requirement.
