Whenever you’re making any kind of broth or soup (Chinese or Japanese style) drop in a tea bag! Tea infused congee and soup and broth are my faves

I like oolong and pu-er, I also use leaves, but you can use bags of green or black tea too
Good quality dried mushrooms + soak for 4 hours + take the water and add a tea bag + add kelp = best vegetarian broth
