   Specifically Nigerian. By 2050, ~1 in 10 people born will be Nigerian. And most of the rest of Africa has no problem either. Because "declining from unsustainable growth" is not a problem.

   So no, I don't think this problem is "Pretty much worldwide." I think it's confined to "hypercapitalist countries addicted to treating women badly despite having the economic means to not do so."

     And "You can't even pay people to have kids" is a lie.

     They're not paying the women *enough*. Women are smart. The amount they're offering is still not a good deal.

     That's like me saying "You can't pay people enough to work in a restaurant!" then not offering subsistence wage, then saying "No one wants to work anymore!"

     Find a woman that wants to have kids but can't afford it, then offer her $10 million dollars a baby. She'll have those kids!

     I'm not saying we should buy babies for $10 million a pop. But I am saying that there's a magic number above what they're offering and below $10 million that will get the result that they're looking for.

     The net worth of the world's 100 richest people more than doubles during the pandemic, and no one bats and eye. If they really believed that society is collapsing due to no babies, they'd put some of those trillions towards encouraging more moms.
