We know that Kamala got more campaign money than Trump, with the majority being from large donations. That suggests there are people on that list who aren't interested in Elon's ideas about trashing a very good economy for them currently.
@VikingChieftain@eva_chaos@noelreports Consistent a better word than original. First pro, then anti, now again pro. Republicans (aka Trump) are running the show now in the USA. If they cut-off Ukraine, than Europe will some how have to fill the gap. I think though there is enough anti-Putin sentiment in the party and with economic conjectures above, that there is a chance other events may transpire.
I never said that Lindsey said anything that hadn't been suggested before. But you have to get people to repeat the message to Trump to drown out the anti-Ukraine voices that surround him. There are Republicans who are pro-Ukraine and know what's at stake, and I support their efforts. They may have other vile ideas on other issues, but I'm only talking about their support for Ukraine.
@VikingChieftain@eva_chaos@noelreports My take on it is that Zelensky has already hinted the point in their short meeting. Lindsey is anything but original.
That's when he severed his spine and broke his watch. But at least he's like his watch... Sometimes he's right.
In this case, he's trying to help Ukraine by pandering to Trump's ego of making great deals. Like you, I hate to see Trump and his sycophants take over power in the USA, but we have to use this approach to get Trump to make some somewhat sensible decisions. Cater to his ego with something that sounds like he's a great leader if he makes the right decisions.
🇺🇸 Senator Lindsey Graham on Trump’s "deal" for Ukraine:
"Ukraine is Europe’s richest country in rare minerals—worth $2-7 trillion. That’s why the U.S. must help Ukraine win against Russia. Trump’s plan ensures a strong economic partnership, benefiting both nations: peace, rare minerals, and prosperity. A win-win deal."
