     @glitzersachen @JoshuaACNewman @cstross @nyrath A basic measure of productivity is how much is produced, if that is novels or potatoes, using the example Charlie gave. There are other facets such as quality that are important. Proper management would be Charlie producing all the novels he can, and the agricultural worker producing all the potatoes they can, for a working, sustainable system.
