that's basically it, now it's a half an hour wait or so
while waiting for the yeasty milk to rise a little, add some sugar (20g ish), a bit of salt, 2 small eggs, and your milk, and whisk
using regular soft flour around 330g for half a liter of milk should do but recommended is using semi-coarse flour and then you use more (i don't have any rn)
while at it also crumble your yeast into a bit of milk (taken away from the warmed portion) with sugar
