   @mikecane @stroughtonsmith @doctorlaura My carrier lets me block each call individually which I do, whether silent or not. I just don't answer and then block the number whether they leave a message or not. I'm not sure this is a feature with every carrier or not. AND I'm not sure it works. You can tell when a new spam factory buys a set of numbers because there will be an increase in spam call volume for a period of time that then fades away until the next round.

     @WarnerCrocker @mikecane @stroughtonsmith Same. My spam call volumes have decreased drastically over the past year or two. I suspect they will increase again next year.
