     Cut around it top to bottom. Pull one half off. Put the seed side on a cutting board seed up. Hit the seed as hard as you can with the knife (no need to hold this avocado if you do it right). Then turn the knife to pop the seed out.

     but i understand people can't just use a knife, its advanced tech for some apes lol
