   Fuck this guy, he can't put some goddamn meat in a--this is winter food, and he's using ground turkey?

     @p @Suzu @SilverDeth @ins0mniak @TrevorGoodchild ground turkey is good in certain uses. long stew times, since high fat content won't hold up anyways, or in acidic high flavor dishes such as you get with thai cooking (pad gra pow esp) since the meat's subtler flavors are drowned out anywhow
