   Some Election Thoughts That Are Tumbling Around in My Head:

   I'm going to say some positive ones, because you know what, there's already enough negativity in the world.

   A big comfort to me this week has been watching Kamala Harris pack out stadiums with enthusiastic crowds. Kamala is giving concise upbeat speeches with actual plans for the future and hope for America.

   Trump, on the other hand, has had underwhelming attendance, with organizers grouping people together and closing off sections of auditoriums to make it look like larger crowds. Trump has largely been negative and rambling, saying America is a mess and garbage. Him and his cronies literally cannot stop shitting on entire groups of people every time they open their mouths. I don't want to toot his horn too much, but Donald Trump has always been.a dynamic and charismatic speaker, he knows how to work a crowd, even if most of what he says is lies, but I just haven't seen it this time around, he looks tired, he can't answer questions even with lies, he often seems incoherent, the energy is simply not there.

   My husband commented that the guests and celebrities at Trump rallies look like they tried calling the first 100 people on their list, and then had to pick up the DO NOT CALL list. I'm mostly putting this here, because that made me laugh, but also while Kamala has had JLo, Beyonce, Oprah, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga...the list goes on, Trump had a very tired and weak looking Hulk Hogan and Herschel Walker, who couldn't even get his name right.

     I don't know, I might be totally wrong on this, but I'm going to keep going, and You're welcome to ignore me.

     I just don't see Trump’s base growing, and yeah I know the electoral system is ratfucked, and it might not matter, but do you honestly see him having more support?

     I see a base that has calcified, I see him alienating every kind of voters but rich people and sexist racist white men.

     If this race comes down to women, people of color, senior citizens, and young voters, then we just need to get out and fucking vote, and if early voting means anything, then we have.

     Also, it seems like every day another Republican comes out denouncing Trump saying they won't vote for him, and some even supporting and campaigning for Harris. We've all been so worried about hidden Trump voters, but maybe they should be worried about hidden Harris voters.

     And did you all see Trump’s meltdown about the Iowa poll, he said it was illegal and suppression. It seriously makes me wonder what the internall Republican polling numbers are, and why Trump is so sensitive to just one poll.
