     @cliffwade@allthingstech.social I can't 100% remember but it's got to be about or at least a month back, when it was mentioned that an email will be coming. I, as I think most people thought it would be the information about login in instead of a thank you. I understand @dansup@mastodon.social is doing his best but I wish to experience my disappointment in being told that we'd receive an email to login and then receiving a different email.

     @sam @dansup When did you sign up for Loops? I signed up back in April and I just got the same exact email.

     I'm pretty disappointed as well and not really understanding why we're receiving these emails instead of the ones with the important information.

     @dansup@mastodon.social is the email only meant to be a 'welcome' one.... this is kind of not what I was expecting. Seems like on-boarding has been very much slow and broken.
     
     I'm hoping the next email isn't far behind as waiting another day after the already delayed release and email has kind of gotten me annoyed about this whole thing and was really excited to see Loops in action but now it's coming up to 24hrs since I was expecting to be using Loops and now it could be even another day according to this email.
