     @mk it kind of depends.

     The "don't be fat and wear your hair long" is basically just a rule of thumb.

     Youthful beauty is important, but most older men I know would be willing to settle for a 30 or 40 year old woman if she takes care of herself.

     Younger is preferred, but not all guys have access to top shelf women.
