   the stir fry i just made was so delicious. this first batch of gluten was very small, i guess it didnt autolyze long enough or i didnt knead it well enough. i need to grind this out so i can make a whole lot of it at the start of a week and eat it a bunch of different ways.

     @scathach ppl say they want a forum but when theres a forum right there ppl join but dont really say or do much. theres this paralysis about posting on a forum that isnt present in microblog form.
