calm engine ✨ sinkuchanthe stir fry i just made was so delicious. this first batch of gluten was very small, i guess it didnt autolyze long enough or i didnt knead it well enough. i need to grind this out so i can make a whole lot of it at the start of a week and eat it a bunch of different ways.
