Thinking I should probably try to figure out myself and my new diagnosis a bit more, I started listening to the audio book Neurotribes. But so far it's just a biography of a man I've never heard of before, and frankly don't really care about. He seems interesting enough, and it was OK at first, but it just goes on and on, and I'm having a real hard time not succumbing to the urge to just giving up the book and go back to just watching TV series.

yes, that’s a history book, it’s not about experiences. Lucky for you, pretty much all the rest of them are more of what you’re after, though. 😀
