     @thatbrickster Breast milk is indeed what you want to feed a baby with, although that's only really good if the mother has a good diet too.
     
     Some mothers cannot breastfeed and unfortunately there often isn't a donation scheme or Activation-Blizzard employees steal it all and it that case it seems a mix of baby formulas based off goat, camel and cow milk (lacks enough iron alone) without poison added is second best.

     @Suiseiseki Breast milk or bust. Should there be any reason why it can't be done, I'll make sure this is the last thing I consider. Most don't read labels so it ain't going to stop selling.

     @mangeurdenuage I'm pretty sure "breast pumping" won't do anything unless the milk production hormones are there.
     
     As far as I can tell, the only reason to breast pump prior to birth is to stockpile colostrum - as milk production has evolved to coincide right after birth.

     Tbh that issue is mainly due to unhealthy diet and then mental stress. If you plan to get a kid you should start to breast pump months before to encourage the body to start production.
