     1Kg of tallow resulted in 716G of fat, and there was 90g of sieved other parts, the rest that boiled away was just water.

     Beef tallow. I made my own a few months when my brother and sister came and it didn't change the taste of a churros.
     And I couldn't purify it like in this video

     But if you can do it. Also get organic beef tallow, if you don't you'll loose approximately 20% of the weigh as that part is water.

     @kaia I recommend to have the tallow grinded by the butcher, and if he doesn't want to (like in my case) if you have a food processor then you can do it with the grate plate (neighbor shared her food processor for me).

     Wunderbar! DDR hat immer interessiert mich sehr. War was besonderes. Zum Glück existiert nicht mehr.

     Aber was AfD und BSW dort in östlichen Bundesländern noch zustande bringen können, ist interessant zu sehen. Und schrecklich.
