Like Ellane, I've come to use a plain ol' 50cents notebook for my tasks. But I *also* use digital systems.
It turns out that using a notebook and my work's project management system - Jira & Confluence - was the key for me. My problem is that task management apps are too distracting for me because it's on my laptop. I often find myself "lost". I try checking my tasks, but I end up checking social media instead. Notebooks don't have that problem!
