   @eniko @gilesgoat @psychicparrot42 You can also use the Heroic launcher or Lutris in desktop mode on the Deck to both install your non-Steam games and then add a shortcut to Steam for you, which is an incredibly effective low-effort option.

     @gilesgoat @psychicparrot42 i don't have a steam deck so i don't know but according to a team member if the game has a proper linux build you can just "add non-steam game" in desktop mode and there you go

     @eniko @psychicparrot42 No but from what I remembered last time "we did some tries" isn't it quite a bit of pain in the .. to put "some .exe and have it running" on the Deck without going through the Steam Client ?

     @psychicparrot42 you don't technically need to be on steam for your game to be playable on deck, though i'm sure you're aware

     Just got the “you didn’t earn enough to get paid this month” email from Steam, which makes me feel even less like putting Die for the Economy on there. Jack Dragon still hasn’t earned enough to pay for the page on Steam, so will this new game be any different? I doubt it. I’m thinking I’ll just do Xbox and Itch this time, but it plays so bloody well on Steamdeck it’s be a shame to deny people of that!!
