   @Nanard_Groubiche -- Tell me you didn't educate yourself on the topic you're commenting on without telling me you didn't actually research anything before posting.

   The person that was shot in the head was an innocent bystander sitting on the train when the cops started shooting over $2.90.

   A cop was also shot, but by the other cop.

     A headshot is not total incompetence. You don't land it by mistake or with a gut shot while running, you have to stop, rise your arms and shoot at head level - in a crowned metro station.

     It's not incompetence, it's how they're trained to shoot: to kill. Dead peoples don't press charges, don't testimony and don't fire back, so they shoot to kill. Safer and easier, you see?

     They protect and serve their masters, mass murder is not a malpractice in this case. They're trained to kill peoples if they start to threaten their masters, that"s their job.
